Hundreds of thousands Americans travel the Mexican border to seek cheaper dentistry. Every year, the tiny town of Los Algodones is crowded. But this tourism is special:  There are Americans in search not of sun and sand, but root canals and veneers. Around 600 dentists cram the four main streets of the town. They offer procedures far less expensive than in the United States.
