Millions of Americans and Canadians are flocking to Mexico for medical care, mostly dental, optical and pharmaceutical. Los Algodones, a small Mexican town right across the border from Yuma, is the epicenter. It’s offering more pharmacies, doctors, dentists, and opticians in a concentrated area than anywhere else in the world.
