Three women share their stories of the toxic culture of sexual harassment and abuse of power within the ambulance service, and ask what can be done to change it.

These women approached Sky News after our initial investigation earlier this year revealed how misogyny, harassment and sexual abuse is “rife” in the ambulance service.

This included the case of a former paramedic who tried to take her own life after being sexually assaulted in the back of an ambulance.
