FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg watched Hurricane Debby gain strength before it made landfall in the Big Bend area around 7 a.m. on Monday. The storm was expected to cause life-threatening storm surge in parts of the Sunshine State after it made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane.
