New exclusive figures provided by the Department of Home Affairs have revealed the countries of origin of new Australian citizens who will receive their citizenship ceremony over the next three days.

Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke has been accused of rushing through citizenship applications, after launching a three-day blitz of ceremonies.

The top ten countries include India, New Zealand, China, Nepal, Iraq, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, Iran and Afghanistan.
