최태원 SK그룹 회장의 동거인인 김희영 티앤씨재단 이사장이, 노소영 아트센터 나비 관장에게 위자료 20억 원을 지급해야 한다는 법원 판단이 나왔습니다.

재판부는 김 이사장의 부정행위가 부부의 신뢰를 훼손하고 가정을 파탄에 이르게 했다며 배상 책임을 인정했습니다.

서울가정법원은 오늘, 노소영 아트센터 나비 관장이 김희영 티앤씨재단 이사장을 상대로 낸 30억 원대 위자료 소송에서 김 이사장이 최 회장과 공동해 위자료 20억 원을 지급하라고 판결했습니다.

또, 노 관장이 확정판결 전에도 위자료를 가집행할 수 있다고 설명했습니다

재판부는 김 이사장과 최 회장의 부정행위, 혼외자 출산, 최 회장의 일방적 가출 등이 노 관장과 최 회장 사이의 신뢰를 근본적으로 훼손하고 혼인을 파탄에 이르게 했다고 지적했습니다.

또, 이로 인해 노 관장이 정신적 고통을 입었다는 것은 분명하다며 혼인 기간, 파탄에 이른 경위, 앞선 이혼소송 경과 등을 종합해 위자료 액수를 정했다고 밝혔습니다.

재판 과정에서 김 이사장 측은 이미 혼인관계가 파탄 상태였고, 파탄의 책임이 노 관장에게 있다고 주장했지만 받아들여지지 않았습니다.

앞서 최 회장과 노 관장의 이혼소송 항소심 재판부는 최 회장이 위자료로 20억 원, 재산 분할로 1조 3천8백억 원을 나눠주라고 판결했는데요.

김 이사장도 최 회장과 마찬가지로 위자료 20억 원을 지급해야 한다는 판결이 나온 건데, 부정행위 당사자들은 연대 채무 관계인 만큼, 두 사람이 합쳐서 20억 원을 부담하게 됐습니다.

노 관장 측 법률대리인은 오늘(22일) 선고 직후 기자들과 만나 노 관장과 자녀들이 겪은 고통은 어떤 것으로도 치유될 수 없다면서도, 가정의 가치와 소중함에 대해 사법부 확인이 이뤄졌다며 감사를 표했습니다.

김 이사장 측은 노 관장에게 다시 한 번 진심으로 사과한다면서도 이번 소송은 재산 분할에서 유리한 입지를 점하기 위해 기획된 소송이라고 주장했습니다.
