Sang Paus terlihat mengenakan kursi roda ini langsung di disambut oleh dua orang anak yang memberikan hand bouquet.

Setelah itu, Paus menaiki mobil Innova Zenix berpelat SCV 1 berwarna putih yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya di area gedung VVIP Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Ia terpantau duduk di kursi depan.

상습 마약 투약 혐의 등으로 기소된 배우 유아인 씨의 1심 선고 결과가 오늘 나옵니다.

유 씨가 대부분 혐의를 부인하고 있는 가운데 검찰은 징역 4년을 구형했는데요.

자세한 내용 취재기자 연결해 알아봅니다. 김태원 기자!

네, 서울중앙지방법원입니다.

유 씨에 대한 1심 선고가 곧 내려진다고요?

[기자]
네, 서울중앙지방법원은 조금 전인 오후 2시부터 마약류관리법 위반 혐의 등을 받는 배우 유아인 씨의 선고공판을 진행하고 있습니다.

지금은 공소사실과 검찰과 유 씨 측 주장 등을 살펴보고 있는데요.

잠시 뒤 재판부 판단이 내려질 전망입니다.

유 씨는 선고를 앞둔 오후 1시 반쯤 검정 정장 차림으로 법원에 모습을 드러냈는데요,

선고를 앞둔 소감이나 검찰의 징역 4년 구형에 대한 생각을 묻는 기자들에게 아무런 대답도 없이 법정으로 들어갔습니다.

유 씨가 받는 혐의는 크게 네 가지입니다.

먼저, 지난 2020년 9월부터 2022년 3월까지 미용 시술에 필요한 수면 마취 등을 빙자해 180여 차례에 걸쳐 의료용 프로포폴 등을 상습 투약한 혐의가 있습니다.

또, 가족 등 다른 사람 명의로 수면제를 40여 차례 불법 처방받아 투약한 혐의도 받고 있습니다.

이 외에도 검찰은 유 씨가 대마를 흡연했을 뿐만 아니라 다른 사람에게 이를 강요했고,

수사가 시작되자 지인에게 메시지를 삭제하게 하는 등 증거인멸을 교사했다고도 의심하고 있습니다.

그러나 유 씨는 대마 흡연 외에 대부분 혐의는 부인하고 있습니다.

수면마취제 투약은 정신 질환과 수면장애를 치료하기 위해서였고, 그마저도 의사 판단하에 이뤄진 만큼 불법성이 전혀 없었다는 주장입니다.

반면 검찰은 지난 7월 결심공판에서 유 씨에게 징역 4년에 벌금 200만 원을 선고해달라고 재판부에 요청했는데요.

유 씨가 재력과 사회적 영향력을 이용해 범행을 저질렀고, 또 죄를 덮으려고도 했다는 겁니다.

법조계에서는 마약류 등 투약 횟수가 많고 조직적인 가담 정황이 있다는 점에서 실형이 선고될 수 있다는 관측이 나옵니다.

다만, 단약 의지와 반성 정도, 혐의 인정 여부에 따라 집행유예가 선고될 가능성도 있습니다.

世界自然遺産の島、屋久島で、台風10号により樹齢3000年の「弥生杉」が折れました。

鹿児島県・屋久島の弥生杉は、高さ26.1メートル、幹周りが8.1メートル、樹齢はおよそ3000年とされる巨木です。

屋久島では台風10号で、観測史上最大となる最大瞬間風速44.4メートルを観測。先月31日、被害を調査していた地元のガイドが倒れているのを見つけました。

弥生杉は年間7万人あまりが訪れる観光地「白谷雲水峡」にありますが、周辺は土砂崩れなどで通行止めとなっていて、観光への影響が懸念されています。
