「パワハラ」や「おねだり」などの疑惑が持たれている兵庫県の斎藤知事。事実関係は解明されるのでしょうか。初めて県職員への証人尋問が行われました。

「パワハラ」などの疑惑が浮上している兵庫県の斎藤元彦知事。疑惑について調査を進める県議会の百条委員会が県職員への証人尋問を初めて行いました。

「事実無根の内容が多々含まれている。嘘八百ふくめて、文書を作って流す行為は公務員として失格です」

2024年3月、県の元幹部から告発された際、否定していた斎藤知事。しかし、その後の調査で内容の一部が事実だったことが判明。県議会は百条委員会を設置し知事の疑惑について、県職員にアンケートを実施するなどして調査してきました。

■県職員へのアンケート約4割が「パワハラを見た・聞いた」

アンケートには県職員の7割およそ6700人が回答し、約4500人分をまとめたものが中間報告として公開されました。パワハラに関する項目では、約4割が「見た」「聞いた」と答えています。

「目の前でエレベーターの扉がしまり、乗り損ねたことに激怒して、エレベーター前にいた県職員に『お前はエレベーターのボタンも押せないのか』と大声で怒鳴りつけた」

さらに「人から聞いた」とする回答には、「姿見やハンガーがないと激怒すると聞いた」などという証言が記載されていました。公開されたアンケートについて斎藤知事は…

「今回人づてに聞いた、いわゆる伝聞も含めて4割だということだと思います。受け手側の職員の皆様に人づてということで、違った形で捉えられたとすれば、大変私自身も残念だと思っています。」

「知事が20メートル歩かされて激怒したのではないか、という疑惑でございますが、これは皆様の報道等にあるような、同様の証言が得られたものという風に考えております。

職員の中でも『パワハラにあたるかは自分では判断できない』という方もおられましたし、これから我々が聞いた事実を、パワハラにあたるのかどうか評価したい」

8月30日には斎藤知事の証人尋問が公開で実施される予定です。
