한국의 체코원전 수주에 대해 경쟁업체인 미국과 프랑스가 ‘트집’을 잡고 나섰지만 체코전력공사가 ‘이의제기 불가’라고 선언했습니다.

미국 원전업체 웨스팅하우스와 프랑스 전력공사(EDF)가 팀코리아의 체코 원자력발전소 수주에 문제가 있다며 체코 반독점 당국의 개입을 요구하고 나서자, 체코전력공사(CEZ)가 이의를 제기할 수 없다는 입장을 밝힌 것으로 전해졌습니다.

27일(현지시각) 현지 통신사 체스케 노비니에 따르면 CEZ는 해당 입찰 조항에는 안전상의 이유로 예외조항이 있기 때문에 입찰 참가기업이 이의를 제기할 수 없다고 밝혔습니다.

페트르 피알라 체코 총리도 새 원전 건설 입찰에 문제가 없을 것으로 생각한다고 밝혔는데요.

앞서 이날 체코 반독점사무소(UOHS)는 웨스팅하우스와 EDF가 두코바니 신규 원전 2기 건설의 우선협상대상자로 한수원을 선정한 체코 정부에 이의를 제기했다고 전했습니다.

หลังจากทีมกู้ภัยตรวจพบสัญญาณชีพของผู้ประสบภัยทั้ง 3 คน ที่ถูกดินถล่มทับภายในอุโมงค์ก่อสร้างรถไฟความเร็วสูงไทย-จีน ช่วงสถานีรถไฟ คลองขนานจิต อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยคนแรกอยู่ห่างจากกองดิน 3 เมตร คนที่สอง ระยะ 5 เมตร คนที่ 3 ระยะ 14-15 เมตร

ทางทีมกู้ภัยเร่งขุดดิน พร้อมลำเลียงอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ มาจัดเตรียมไว้ รวมถึงรถกู้ชีพ เพื่อปฏิบัติภารกิจช่วยผู้ประสบภัย หลังคาดว่าไม่เกิน 16.00 น.ของเมื่อวาน จะสามารถลำเลียงผู้ประสบภัยรายแรกออกมาได้ แต่จนถึงขณะนี้ยังไม่สามารถนำออกมาได้ เนื่องจากมีอุปสรรคในการเข้าไปยังจุดดังกล่าว จึงต้องมีการปรับแผน

ขณะเดียวกัน เมื่อวานนี้ 27ส.ค. นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย บอกว่า จะดำเนินคดีผู้รับจ้างที่เป็นบริษัทก่อสร้าง หลังได้รับรายงานว่าทางบริษัทฯ มีการขัดขวางไม่ให้เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐเข้าดำเนินการช่วยเหลือ มีการปกปิดข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจริง ๆ บริษัทไม่มีสิทธิ เมื่อดินถล่มแล้วถือเป็นภัยพิบัติ รัฐบาลมีสิทธิจะเข้าดำเนินการ

แต่หลังจาก นายอนุทิน ได้ลงพื้นที่ และได้พูดคุยกับบริษัทก่อสร้าง ออกมาให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า ได้เคลียร์กันแล้ว คุยกันจบแล้ว

பேருந்து படிக்கட்டில் பயணித்து தவறி விழுந்து உயிரிழந்த மாணவனின் குடும்பத்திற்கு இழப்பீடு வழங்க முடியாது என சென்னை மோட்டார் வாகன தீர்ப்பாயம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
சென்னை கொளத்துரை சேர்ந்த ஒரு மாணவர் டந்த 2019 ம் ஆண்டு பள்ளிக்கு செல்ல பேருந்து படிக்கட்டில் தொங்கியப்படி பயணம் செய்த போது, தவறி விழுந்து உயிரிழந்தார். இதற்கு அரசு பேருந்து ஓட்டுனரின் அலட்சியமை காரணம் என்றும் 49 லட்ச ரூபாய் இழப்பீடு வழங்க உத்தரவிடக் கோரியும் மாணவனின் குடும்பத்தினர் சென்னை மோட்டார் வாகன தீர்ப்பாயத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தனர். பேருந்து ஓட்டுனரும், நடத்துனரும் அறிவுறுத்தியும் கேட்காமல், ஜன்னல் கம்பியை பிடித்தவாறு பேருந்து படிக்கட்டில் ஆபத்தான முறையில் பயணித்ததே மாணவன் உயிரிழப்பிற்கு காரணம் என்று சென்னை மாநகர போக்குவரத்து கழகம் தரப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. அனைத்து தரப்பு வாதங்களையும் பதிவு செய்த நீதிபதி, மாணவரின் கவனக் குறைவு தான் அவரின் உயிரிழப்பு காரணம் எனக் குறிப்பிட்டு, இதற்காக மாநகர போக்குவரத்து கழகத்திடம் இழப்பீடு கோர முடியாது என்றும் உத்தரவிட்டு வழக்கினை முடித்து வைத்தார்.
