탁송 중인 전기차에서 불이 나 피해가 발생했다면 누구의 책임일까요?

실제 이런 일이 발생했는데 해당 차주인과 탁송을 의뢰한 업체 모두 책임을 지려 하지 않아 난감하다는 사연이 올라왔다고요?

최근 온라인에 ‘전기차 탁송 중 화재, 어디서 보상받아야 하나요’라는 제목의 글이 올라왔습니다.

피해를 본 탁송기사의 지인이라며 글을 쓴 A 씨는 “지난 6월 인천대공원 지하차도 부근에서 탁송하고 있던 차량에서 화재가 발생했다”며 “화재로 인해 전기차와 트럭 적재함이 전소되고 영상기록장치가 파손돼 약 2천만 원의 재산 피해가 발생했다”며 블랙박스 영상을 공개했습니다.

이 영상을 보면 탁송 중이던 차량 내부에서 갑자기 불길이 치솟았습니다.

화물 공제 적재물 보상 담당자는 운전자 차에서 발화가 시작된 것이 아니므로 전기차에 대한 보상은 면책될 확률이 높다고 했다는데요.

하지만 탁송업체 대표와 전기차 차주 모두 배상에 대해 소극적이고 제조사 책임이 있다는 입장입니다.

A 씨는 화물차의 경우 자차 보험 처리가 불가능해서 수리비를 납부하기도 어려운데 수리될 때까지 일을 하지도 못해서 생계가 막막한 상황이라며 답답함을 토로하기도 했습니다.

Shadow Finance Minister Jane Hume says Australia is “already” in a “per capita recession”.

The Reserve Bank is expected to keep the cash rate steady at 4.35 per cent after its meeting this week.

Some economists have predicted a rate cut around February next year if inflationary pressures are brought under control.

“We’re already in a per capita recession here in Australia,” Ms Hume told Sky News Australia.

“Growth in the last 12 months was only 1.1 per cent.

“Essentially, the economy is grinding to a halt.”

휴일인 어제, 정말 더웠습니다. 밤사이에도 어김없이 열대야가 나타났죠?

폭염의 기세가 꺾일 줄을 모르고 있습니다.

우선, 휴일인 어제는 곳곳에서 올여름 최고 더위를 기록했는데요,

서울이 36.2도까지 올랐고요,

비공식 기록이지만, 경기도 여주시 점동면은 무려 40도까지 치솟았습니다.

뜨거운 열기는 고스란히 밤더위로 이어졌는데요,

현재 서울 기온은 27.5도로, 15일 연속 열대야가 나타나고 있고요,

대전 26도, 강릉 26.5도를 보이고 있습니다.

특히, 강릉은 17일 연속 열대야가 나타나며, 또다시 최장 연속 열대야일수를 경신하고 있습니다.

한낮에는 전국 대부분 지역에 ‘폭염경보’가 발효 중인 가운데, 서울 34도, 광주 34도, 대구 35도까지 크게 오르겠고요,

습도가 높아서 체감온도와 불쾌지수도 높게 치솟겠습니다.

문제는 밤낮없는 더위가 절기 ‘입추’가 들어있는 이번 주는 물론, 다음 주 중반까지도 계속된다는 건데요,

폭염이 장기화하는 만큼, 열사병과 일사병 등 온열질환에 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

네, 오늘도 더위 속 소나기 소식이 있다고요?

[캐스터]
네, 현재 대기가 불안정한 수도권을 중심으로 소나기 구름이 발달하고 있습니다.

경기도 포천에는 벼락과 돌풍을 동반한 시간당 30mm 안팎의 강한 소나기가 집중되고 있는데요,

오늘 밤까지 전국 곳곳에 5∼60mm, 전북 동부와 경북 남부에는 80mm 이상의 소나기가 예상됩니다.

당분간은 더위 속 소나기 소식이 잦겠습니다.

강한 볕과 기습적인 소나기에 대비해, 양산 겸 우산 하나 챙겨다니시는 게 좋겠습니다.
