강원 내륙지역에 사흘째 비가 계속되고 있습니다. 특히, 강원 북부 지역에 비가 집중되고 있는데요. 춘천 취재기자 연결해 자세한 상황 알아보겠습니다. 조휴연 기자, 춘천에도 비가 꽤 많이 내렸네요?

[리포트]

네, 그렇습니다.

춘천에는 벌써 사흘째 장맛비가 오락가락 하고있습니다.

특히, 새벽부턴 빗줄기가 끊이지 않고 있는데요.

제 뒤쪽으로 보이는 게 의암호입니다.

이번 비 때문에 물이 불어나면서 강물이 황토색으로 변했습니다.

비가 내리는 지역은 점점 더 넓어지고 있습니다.

이 시각 현재(18일) 철원과 홍천, 횡성, 원주에는 호우경보가 내려졌습니다.

화천과 춘천, 양구, 인제, 영월 등 8개 시군에는 호우주의보가 내려진 상탭니다.

호우특보 발효 지역은 앞으로 더 확대될 수도 있습니다.

지금까지 내린 비의 양은 철원 동송이 389.5mm, 화천 광덕산 287.9, 홍천 팔봉 183.5, 춘천 신북 159.5mm 등 입니다.

강원도소방본부에는 오늘 새벽부터 현재까지 비 피해 신고 30여 건이 접수됐습니다.

호우특보가 내려진 춘천과 화천, 양구, 원주에서 나무가 쓰러졌다는 신고가 잇따랐습니다.

또, 11시쯤에는 춘천 사북면의 2차선 도로 일부가 내려앉아 차량 통제가 이뤄지고 있습니다.

최근 계속된 비로, 지반이 많이 약해진 탓으로 추정됩니다.

이에 따라, 산사태나 토사 유출, 경사지 붕괴 등 추가 피해 가능성도 커졌습니다.

산림청은 철원에 산사태경보, 춘천과 화천에 산사태주의보를 발령했습니다.

기상청은 강원지역에는 내일(19일)까지 강원 내륙과 산지를 중심으로 최대 120mm 이상의 비가 내릴 것으로 전망했습니다.

특히 오늘 저녁까지 강원 내륙과 산지에 곳에 따라 시간당 70mm의 강한 비가 내리는 곳도 있겠습니다.

이처럼 많은 비가 계속되면서 북한강 상류 의암댐과 춘천댐도 수문을 열고 초당 1,000톤이 넘는 물을 흘려보내면서 수위 조절을 하고 있습니다.
