DĐDN | Campuchia chính thức khởi công dự án kênh đào Phù Nam Techo | Sáng 5 tháng 8 Campuchia đã tổ chức lễ động thổ, chính thức khởi công xây dựng dự án kênh đào Phù Nam Techo. Lễ động thổ kênh đào Phù Nam Techo do Thủ tướng Campuchia Hun Manet chủ trì. Địa điểm diễn ra lễ động thổ thuộc làng Preak Takeo, huyện Kien Svay, tỉnh Kandal. Theo thiết kế, đây là điểm đầu tiên của kênh đào, rồi bắt đầu hành trình dài 180km chảy qua các tỉnh Kandal, Takeo và Kampot, trước khi đổ ra biển ở tỉnh Kep. Theo Bộ Giao thông Công chính Campuchia, kênh đào Phù Nam Techo dự kiến được xây dựng trong vòng 4 năm với kinh phí vào khoảng 1,7 tỷ USD. Trong đó, các nhà đầu tư Campuchia sở hữu 51% dự án, 49% còn lại thuộc về Tổng Công ty Cầu đường Trung Quốc. Kênh có độ sâu là 5,4m, đủ khả năng đón tàu có tải trọng 1000 tấn theo tiêu chuẩn của Ủy hội Sông Mê Công ) và tàu tải trọng 3.000 tấn theo tiêu chuẩn của Trung Quốc. Bề rộng đáy kênh là 80m, bề rộng mặt kênh là 100m, với thiết kế cho hai làn phương tiện thủy di chuyển. Kênh đào có 3 âu thuyền tại tỉnh Kandal, tỉnh Takeo và tỉnh Kep để điều tiết mực nước, dòng chảy và chống xâm nhập mặn. Việc Campuchia chính thức khởi công dự án kênh đào Phù Nam Techo hôm nay là điều đã được dự báo trước.

인천 청라의 아파트 지하주차장에 주차돼 있던 전기차에서 불이 나 주변 차량 140여 대가 불에 타고 아파트 5개 동 480가에 정전과 단수로 주민들까지 대피하게 된 대형 화재 사고.

8시간 동안 불이 꺼지지 않은 데다 주차장 내부 온도가 1500도까지 치솟는 열폭주 현상에 전기 설비와 수도 배관이 모두 녹아내린 겁니다.

그러자 일부 아파트 단지에서는 “지하주차장에 전기차 주차를 막아야 한다”는 주장이 힘을 얻으면서 입주민들 간에 갈등이 확산하는 것으로 알려졌습니다.

한 온라인 커뮤니티에는 아파트 입주자 회의에서 전기차의 지하주차장 금지를 논의하던 중 언쟁이 벌어졌다는 글이 올라왔습니다.

“전기차 지하 주차 반대 여론이 높은 상황에서 전기차주들이 ‘지하에 주차하겠다, 불나면 화재보험으로 처리하라’는 식으로 얘기하자 주민들 사이에 다툼이 벌어졌다”는 겁니다.

서울의 한 아파트 입주민이라는 작성자도 “필리버스터 끝에 만장일치로 전기차 지하 주차장 출입 금지를 결의했다”는 글을 올리기도 했습니다.

지하 충전소를 지상으로 옮기거나 외부 전기차는 아예 출입을 금지하자는 주장도 나오고 있습니다.

반면 전기차 차주들은 법적으로 출입을 금지한다는 건 맞지 않다며 잠재적 범죄자로 여기는 데 대해 반발하고 있습니다.

특히 최근 신축 아파트들이 지상 주차장을 없애고 지하에 주차 공간을 마련한 데다, 전기차 보급이 증가하는 상황에서 지상 충전소를 늘리는 데에는 한계가 있다는 지적도 나오고 있습니다.
