오늘(13일) 새벽 대전에서 차량이 보행자와 버스를 잇따라 들이받아 1명이 숨졌습니다. 경찰은 음주운전 가능성에 무게를 두고 있습니다.

밤사이 사건, 사고 소식 배성재 기자가 취재했습니다.

〈기자〉

차량 앞부분이 형체를 알아볼 수 없고 차량에 받친 버스 뒷부분에서는 사고 당시 충격이 남아 있습니다.

[정차되어 있는 버스를 들이받은 것 같아요.]

오늘 새벽 2시 10분쯤 대전 유성구 상대네거리 인근에서 SUV가 보행자를 들이받은 뒤 주차 중이던 버스를 추돌했습니다.

이 사고로 보행자 30대 남성이 현장에서 숨졌고, 차에 타고 있던 3명 중 남성 2명이 각각 중상과 경상을 입어 병원으로 옮겨졌습니다.

다른 20대 남성 1명은 사고 후 현장을 빠져나가려다 경찰에 붙잡혔습니다.

경찰은 한국인과 캄보디아인으로 이뤄진 이들 3명이 음주운전을 가능성에 무게를 두고 정확한 사고 경위를 조사하고 있습니다.

어제 오후 5시 반쯤 서울 마포구 강변북로 가양대교 인근에서 주행 중이던 승용차에 불이 났습니다.

불이 난 승용차는 내연 기관 차량으로, 차량 운전자는 스스로 대피해 인명피해는 없었습니다.

불은 차량을 모두 태운 뒤 30분 만에 꺼졌습니다.

사고 수습을 위해 편도 5차선 가운데 3개 차선이 통제돼, 퇴근 시간대 교통 혼잡을 빚었습니다.

경찰과 소방 당국은 차량 바닥에 불이 붙었다는 첫 신고를 토대로 정확한 화재 원인 등을 조사할 예정입니다.
