अपनी जान की परवाह किए बिना अपनी ड्यूटी निभाने वाले नौजवान अपने पीछे गहरी उदासी, कभी न भरने वाला ख़ालीपन और ढेर सारी यादें छोड़ जाते हैं. सिर्फ़ दीवार पर टंगी तस्वीर में ही नहीं, बल्कि घर की हर छोटी-बड़ी चीज़ में उनके वहां होने और फिर अचानक हमेशा के लिए चले जाने की टीस बसी होती है. उनकी हिम्मत पर नाज़ तो होता है लेकिन घर के सारे खुशनुमा रंग भी उसी के साथ जा चुके होते हैं. ऐसे ही दो परिवार हैं मेजर विकास भांभू और मेजर मुस्तफ़ा बोहरा के. राजस्थान के रहने वाले मेजर विकास और मेजर मुस्तफ़ा साल 2022 में अरुणाचल प्रदेश में मिशन पर साथ गए थे. लेकिन खराब मौसम की वजह से उनके हेलीकॉप्टर में आग लग गई थी. इन्होंने पूरी कोशिश की कि हेलीकॉप्टर आबादी वाले इलाके से दूर जाकर गिरे, इस कोशिश में इन दोनों की मौत हो गई. मेजर विकास और मेजर मुस्तफ़ा को शौर्य चक्र से सम्मानित किया गया है. बीबीसी ने दोनों के परिवारों से मुलाकात कर जाना कि ये दोनों नौजवान अपने पीछे कितना खालीपन छोड़ गए हैं.
