豬五花肉燎一下皮，出鍋後清洗一遍，切塊，冷水下鍋，放入蔥段薑片焯水10分鐘左右；
雞蛋煮好後剝皮，蘿蔔去皮後削圓，備用；
肉放入砂鍋，肉皮朝下，碼好擺放，放入洋蔥、雞湯、一勺日本醬油、一勺冰糖、一勺味
淋、兩勺清酒（分兩次加）、紅糖、水、蔥段、薑片、幾根乾辣椒，40分鐘後砂鍋內加入蘿蔔、雞蛋、再加一次清酒，煮30分鐘；
肉汁過濾出來，加熱3分鐘左右收濃，澆在肉上，齊活！
