Water resources advisor Syeda Rizwana Hasan said that the Teesta agreement with India will be brought forward in the international arena. He also said that Bangladesh will not back down to talk about rights. He said these things in response to reporters’ questions after a meeting with representatives of the World Bank at the secretariat on Wednesday afternoon.
